Parking Regulations

The administrator of the parking lot located in the Riverside Aparthotel building at
Madalińskiego 7, Kraków, is Epol Holding sp. z o.o., ul. Targowa 9A, 90-042 Łódź, Poland,
NIP: 728-274-94-67.

The parking lot is private, unattended, and designated exclusively for Riverside Guests.

The parking lot is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The parking is available for the duration of the stay in the Riverside apartments, from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Parking a vehicle is possible only after receiving written authorization from the Riverside Aparthotel reception, in accordance with availability.

It is the vehicle user’s responsibility to provide the license plate number at reception for possible contact in case of an emergency.

Failure to leave the parking lot on time will result in a wheel clamp being applied and an additional fee of 300 PLN being charged.

The administrator is not liable for the loss or damage of motor vehicles located in the parking lot, nor for items left inside the vehicles.

Traffic regulations apply within the parking area, and parking is permitted only in designated parking spaces.

The vehicle user is responsible for all damage caused to third parties within the parking lot by themselves, their employees, contractors, or accompanying persons. They are also liable for any pollution of the parking area caused by their fault.

The administrator is entitled to remove a vehicle from the parking lot in the event of a sudden and justified threat.

Vehicles transporting explosive or flammable materials that may pose a danger to other parking users or their property are prohibited from entering.

Within the parking area, it is forbidden to:

1. wash, clean, or repair the vehicle,

2. leave children or animals unattended in the vehicle,

3. occupy more than one parking space.
